Pastor Screens Mobile Phones of Church Members in Berekum

APOSTLE OF PENTECOSTAL WORD CHAPEL SCREENS MOBILE PHONES OF CONGREGANTS

The founder and leader of Pentecostal Word Chapel in the Berekum Municipality of the Bono Region, Apostle Gyasi Richard  has screened the mobile phones of members of his church to find out the kind of videos and pictures saved on their mobile phones.
Speaking on the theme "The Challenges of Today's Youth and How To Overcome them", he pointed out that most of youth are going through challenges of education, unemployment, peer pressure, poverty and juvenile deliquesce.
According to the man of God, these challenges are as a result of what they have saved on their mobile phones which have influenced their lifestyle in a negative way.
Apostle Gyasi Richard took his time during the Sunday Service to screen phones belonging the youth in the church.
He advised those cought with nude videos and pictures to delete them from their mobile phones because it is ungodly for a christain youth to follow the things of the world. He also urged the youth to becareful of the misuse of the social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Tango, Viber, Instagram and others. He said, this is a spiritual exercise to ensure sanity on the use of mobile phones of the church members especially the youth to prevent them from being influenced by the things of the world.
He explained that the youth of today faces a lot challenges and if Pastors failed to check them, they will go wayward, and this influenced his decision to screened all the mobile phones of his church members. He called on his colleague men of God to follow his example to eradicate all the roots Satan wants to gain in the church.

THE SKY TRAIN SAGA—WIld Goose Chase. The Sky Train project which received considerable media coverage during Nana Akufo-Addo’s regime has resurfaced.
