BRONG AHAFO REGIONAL POLICE COMMAND REVEALS STRATEGIES TO
ESCAPE FROM KIDNAPPERS.

The Brong Ahafo Regional Police Command headed by DCOP Godfred Owusu Boateng has released a strategic plan to reveal the activities of Kidnappers and how people can escape from Kidnappers.
Speaking to the Media, the Public Relations Officer for the B/A Police, Chief Inspector Augustine Kingsley Oppong has said the Brong Ahafo Regional Police are ever prepared to combat Kidnappers who will step into the region. He said the citizens need to be enlightened to help them know how they can escape from the activities of kidnappers  hence, the released of 8 points educational message to the public to help them in fighting  Kidnappers.
The PRO said, the strategic plan arranged by the police includes; parents should build trust in their children so that they can share their secrets wirh them, their telephone contacts should always been memorised by their children so that they can mention it easily, car number plates should be put in mind when picking cars or can be snapped with phones, children should be trained to shout by parents when one is afraid of the person in contact with, teachers are being appealed to also write police contact numbers on school boards for children to copy and call when in danger, parents should be inquisitive and build good rapport with their children.
He said if parents are close to their children it will be difficult for the children to be kidnapped by an unknown persons either in school, after church or in the house.

The PRO made the statement after Alrich24newsgh.com contacted him to speak on the preparedness of the B/A Police on how the Citizens will be aware of the activities of the Kidnappers who have started their operations in the Western Region in Takoradi and have kidnapped 3 children already. The police in the area have intensified their search but are yet to make any arrest.

The announcement of the demise of the Berekum Traditional leader was done today Friday 9th June 2023 by the chief spiritualist of Berekum Nana Komfo Kofi who was asked to take care of the health of the paramount chief but on his announcement, the paramount chief could not make it but joined his ancestors. Dasebre Dr Amankona Diawuo II was a doctor by profession and an active Church elder of the Church of Pentecost who serve the people of Berekum with calm and peaceful leadership who seek to maintain peace and unity after 17 years of chieftaincy dispute during his reign as the paramount chief of Berekum. A Student of Ghana National College from Sunyani-Chiraa Scores 8A's in 2023 WASSCE.  A Senior High Student of Ghana National College in Cape Coast, Owusu Peprah Priscilla who hails from Chiraa in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono Region has also scored 8A's in the West Africa Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).  Her effort and the results she obtained have brought great joy to her family and the people of Chiraa without hesitation wishing her congratulations on most of the social media platforms.
