BEREKUM - DOMFETE TO GET CLINIC NEXT YEAR BY FORMER MP

FORMER MP OF BEREKUM, HON. NKRABEAH EFFAH DARTEY, CUT SOD TO CONSTRUCT A CLINIC AT DOMFETE, BEREKUM.

The Former MP for Berekum Constituency, who served as the Deputy Minister of Interior and  Deputy Minister for Local Government and Rural Development , Hon. Nkrabeah Effah Dartey, has cut sod to construct a clinic for the people of Domfete , in the Berekum West District.
The former MP met the chiefs and people of the town to perform a sod cutting ceremony to start the construction of the clinic.
 Hon. Effah Dartey expressed his joy during the ceremony  and he said “ after the construction of the clinic, the people of the area will meet their health needs”.
He thanked the chief of Demfete and the elders for releasing a  land to build the clinic for the people.
He said the construction , when started , will be completed by next year 2019. He called on the other stakeholders, citizens of Berekum both home and abroad, NGO'S and other agencies to support him with their contribution to construct the clinic for the people of Domfete.
The Chief of Domfete, Nana Kusi Yeboah II on his part,  thanked Hon. Nkrabia Effah Dartey for the vision and his kind gesture to construct a clinic for the people of Domfete. He promised to support the construction of the clinic through a  community participation and called on his people to support it through a regular communal labour.
The Queen mother of Domfete, Nana Ama Tima Ababio , also promised to provide 50 bags of cement whiles the Head Pastor of Voice of Deliverance in Berekum Rev. Dan Kwarteng also promised 20 bags of cement to support the clinic project.
Hon. Ramsey Noah , the Assembly Member for Domfete Electoral Area, also thank Hon. Nkrabia Effah Dartey for such a great move to build a clinic facility for the people of Domfete and said the youth in Domfete appreciate the project to be constructed by the former MP of Berekum. He said they will provide their maximum best to see the clinic come into reality.
When Alirch24newsgh.com spoke to some people of Domfete , they said , they are very happy to have their own clinic in the town. They used this medium to ask all the well endowed people of Domfete to also extend their support for the development of the town.

NSOATRE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL CONDEMNS THE VIOLENCE ACT THAT RESULTED THE DEATH OF KOTOKO SUPPORTER. The Nsoatre Traditional Council has condemns the uncouth behavour of some of the football fans that led to the untimely death of an ardent supporter of Kumasi Asante Football Club.  According to Nsuatre Traditional Council this  unfortunate behaviour happened on the stool land of Nsoatre which the council sees as unfortunate due to the cordial relationship between Nsoatreman and Asanteman which is dated back to 1740.
