BEREKUM WEST DCE TOURS ONGOING DISTRICT'S PROJECT SITES.

The DCE for Berekum West District in the Brong Ahafo Region Hon. Isaac Osei as part of his efforts to fulfill his promises made to the chiefs and people of Berekum West and also to help solve water and sanitation problem has taken a time from his office duties to tour an ongoing projects of borehole water mechanization project for two communities within the district which are Ayimom and Koraso.
Hon. Isaac Osei at Ayimom met the contractor, community members and the assembly man to monitor and evaluate the ongoing mechanized borehole water project for the town.
The borehole project which is over 70%  completion will have an electricity powered motor and a stand by poly tank on top of structure that has been build for it.
The same construction is also under way at Koraso in the Berekum West District will cost the assembly an amount of over Ghc10,000.00.
On the part of deplorable roads in the district the DCE has acquired a caterpillar from the Brong Ahafo Regional coordinating council under the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development to grade and gravel some of the bad roads in the district. Some of the roads to be be graded includes Jamdede, Adom, Koraso, Abisasi, Tiwababi, Botokrom, Nsapor and Jinijini the district capital town roads.
Though the DCE occupied the seat just recently not over two months ago has won the heart of the people and his performances has been well appreciated by the people of Berekum West District which was carved from the Berekum Municipal this year March 2018 by the president Nana Akufo Addo led government.
The assembly which is very infant in terms of development yet the DCE is building confidence in the minds of the people of Berekum West District to believe in him to help bring great change into the lives of the people in the district.

THE SKY TRAIN SAGA—WIld Goose Chase. The Sky Train project which received considerable media coverage during Nana Akufo-Addo’s regime has resurfaced. This time, a purported amount of 2million dollars assigned for the project cannot be traced( according to Ghana’s Attorney General and Minister for Justice).
