Wife of Hon. Kwaku Agyemang Manu supports basic schools with nose masks and others.

HON. KWAKU AGYEMANG MANU'S WIFE DONATES NOSE MASKS, CEMENT AND ROOFING SHEETS TO SCHOOLS IN BEREKUM.  The Wife of the Minister of Health designate, Mrs. Suzy Agyemang Manu, has donated over 1000 pieces of nose masks to some selected schools in the Berekum East Municipality of the Bono Region. The donation was to help augment government's efforts to stop the spread Covid-19 in the country. Some beneficiary schools were Kato M/A primary school, SDA primary and JHS and Gyaeakontabuo primary school. The masks were given those who did not have any. As a support to help protect them from contracting the virus.  The Headmistress of the SDA basic school, Madam Vida Kyere was thankful to Mrs. Agyeman Manu for her kind gesture towards her school and appealed for more chairs for the school. Over 70 countries holds Inter-Continental Peace Conference.

Inter-continental Online Conference to Discuss the Role of Peace Education. On January 24th, over 2,400 pre-registered attendees from 70 countries, including the Philippines, the U.S.A, Germany, South Africa, China, and South Korea, joined the online inter-continental peace conference to discuss the role of peace education. The conference was organized by a Korea-based international peace NGO, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) under the UN DGC and the UN ECOSOC in celebration of the 7th Anniversary of the January 24 HWPL Peace Day. The January 24 HWPL Peace Day declared by the Province of Maguindanao in the Philippines has been commemorated annually since the Mindanao Peace Agreement was made by the local government and civil society leaders on January 24th, 2014. PROFILE OF HON. JUSTINA OWUSU-BANAHENE, MCE, SUNYANI MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY NOW BONO REGIONAL MINISTER DESIGNATE.  Justina Owusu-Banahene (a.k.a. Awo)  a 51-year old  politician, christian and educationist is the MCE of Sunyani Municipal Assembly. Hon. Awo Banahene was born on April 02, 1970 in Atronie in the Sunyani Municipality. Efiritete Foundation celebrate's widows in Berekum.

 EFIRI TETE FOUNDATION CELEBRATES WIDOWS, ORPHANS, PWD AND NEEDY IN SOCIETY. Efiritete Foundation over the weekend charged the event grounds of Berekum Runners Hotel as they hosted Adomfest with widows which attracted hundreds of people to the feast.  Adom Festival under the auspices of the Efiritete Foundation has celebrated widows and orphans over 20 years but 2020 program was exceptional. Speaking to the Co-CEO of EfiriTete Foundation, Mrs. Ernestina Frimpong was grateful to the Almighty God for the strength and protection over the years in their lives.  She continued that, Mr. Frimpong, her husband and Co-CEO of the Foundation has been her strong pillar over the years. This year's event recorded about 1000 widows, orphans, persons with disability and the needy in society benefited from the event.
