Tadi Alleged Kidnappe Lady granted Bail and Case Adjourned to 14th October, 2021. Takoradi Circuit Court 'A' presided over by His Lordship Justice Michael Cudjoe Ampadu has granted the suspect of the alleged Takoradi kidnapped pregnant woman 50, 000 bail with two sureties. The suspect was charged on two counts that is deceiving public officer and publication of false news that she was missing.  The Suspect being escorted by the police after the court proceedings.  The prosecutor of the case is Superintendent Emmanuel Basintala.  The Counsels for the defendant are Lawyer Kessie, Samuel Agbotah, Lawyer Abekah, Lawyer Nana Konduah and the lead counsel Lawyer Fiifi Buckman  The case was adjourned to 14th October, 2021 for the suspect to reappear before court.

Govt to assign PROs/Press Secretaries to MMDCEs. Government has announced plans to assign Spokespersons and Press Secretaries to the Metropolitan Municipal District Chief Executives across the country. According to the information minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, this will enable MMDCEs to focus on their business and moreover help them to give out the necessary information to the general public whenever it is necessary. The information minister made this known when he met journalists in the Eastern Region as part of his media tour across the country. UENR DORMAA CAMPUS IS CHALLENGED WITH INFRASTRUCTURAL EXPANSION DELAY-VC The Vice Chancellor of the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), Professor Elvis Asare-Bediako has called on government through Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) to as a matter of urgency complete two separate blocks earmarked for administrative, ICT Laboratory and other departments for the Dormaa Campus of the university. According to the Professor, the projects which commenced in 2013 have still not been completed, a situation he described as worrying and creating unfriendly lecturing and studying environment for both students and lecturers. Pastor who suck members duck has been fine ¢10,000 among Other items.  The Head Pastor of Greater Works Chapel International (G.W.C.I), Prophet Richard Ato Davidson has been banned from Asebu Amantsindo in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District of the Central Region for sucking the male church members penis. The traditional leaders of Asebu Amantsindo led by the Queen-mother, Nana Amensimakese together with the traditional council fined the suspected Pastor to pay ¢10,000 including 4 sheep, 6 fowls, 1 carton of schnapps, 1 gallon of red oil, 18 yards of white clothes, 1carton of Kasapreko Gin Bitters, 6 crates of eggs to be used for purification on their lands.
