TRADITIONAL RULERS CALL FOR ACTIVE GOVERNMENT INVOLVEMENT IN DECISION-MAKING.

The Akuapem Adontenhene, Tufuhene, and Nana Aniapam Kwaku II are urging the government to actively include traditional leaders in important decision-making processes.

He spoke to Alrich24newsgh.blospot.com news reporter Apelete Kofi-Michel when he joined some youths in the Nsawam Adoagyiri municipality to create awareness of their responsibilities and how best they work hand in hand with the traditional authorities to foster development.

According to Nana Aniapam Kwaku II, as custodians of the lands, involving traditional rulers in major decisions will ensure that the voices and perspectives of the local communities are taken into account. This move aims to promote a more inclusive and representative approach to shaping policies that directly impact the people's lives.

By tapping into the wisdom and experience of traditional leaders, the government can gain valuable insights into the needs of the communities they serve. Nana Aniapam Kwaku II believes that this collaboration between the government and traditional rulers will foster stronger relationships and pave the way for more effective governance.

He also admonished the citizenry not to be swayed by the monitory influence during elections, especially in the upcoming assembly members elections.
